Kristen Yerardi is WordStream’s Vice President of Customer Success. Kristen joined WordStream in November of 2010 to build a world-class client services organization through developing training modules on the product, providing ongoing support materials, and ensuring our internal processes deliver efficient and effective resolutions to client issues. Kristen has led teams as large as thirty-five and as small as four throughout her 15-plus years of focusing on delivering exceptional experiences to customers.
Prior to joining our team, Kristen spent twelve years helping to build Molecular, Inc. from a start-up to being sold to Isobar, NA. In her latest role of VP Experience Design, Kristen managed the creative team as a whole as well as the experience design team within creative to deliver experiences that bring inspiring design and useful interfaces together in unexpected ways. Kristen managed the daily operations of the experience design team as well as hands-on creative work for clients. Kristen has had the pleasure of defining B2B and B2C experiences for a number of clients that span branding, experience and transactional design. Some highlights include BCBSMA, BostonCoach, Analog Devices, TD, Putnam Investments, and Nokia. Kristen holds a BS in Business Administration/Health Systems Management from the University of Connecticut, Storrs.
